E's first Halloween was uneventful. She's not at an age to enjoy the traditions of trick or treating. I had plan to take her to a fall festival but her Daddy overslept and we missed it. We got her all dressed up for nothing. By the time, we got there, the booths were shutting down. Boo:(

Shara and I decided to take our babies to the park to play. It was a beautfil Fall day in Houston.

She has mastered walking in her little walker. It may be a proud moment for us, but a terrifying thought to our pets.

We spent our first family vacation in the beautiful Texas Hill Country in cowboy town, Bandera. Our days were filled with walks, shopping, soaking in the spa, and exploring the area. We hope to come back here year after year as Elizabeth grows up.
 

 
 

This week E has learn a new trick, sucking her toes. Although I was unable to catch that on video, I was able to catch her grabbing them. She is definitely enjoying her new found body parts.  She cracks me up.

Elizabeth is making airplane noises often these days.

Every Monday, the public library hosts a segment called Babytime where mothers/fathers can bring their infant to the class for storytime, socialization, and gameplay. I love the way their eyes light up when they see their great granddaughter. I truly believe babies are a blessing because they bring joy to people without effort. Elizabeth is starting to make facial expressions with her mouth. She’s probably playing with her tongue.
