I love this kind of democracy in action. It reminds me when people in California and across the state and the country protested Prop 8, but we had those prop 8 supporters calling us "Mobs," I just had to laugh because if that is a "mob" then they do not know what democracy is. Demonstrations like this brink about change, and that change is brought about by the people, people power!

No one can stop that, but only a few created this kind of anger, and they all know who they are!

Those fanatics need to learn that Civil marriage IS NOT a church invention! It's a practice inherited from the Pagan people for legal purpose of proving property rights and heirs. People back then didn't even get a "Civil Marriage" unless they had property or something they needed for legal purposes. Otherwise, they could get "married" just by stating they were a couple or together!

Communism isn't even Chinese culture, it was imported to China. Sorry for the Chinese people for not speaking up for their own freedom and allowing communist to take over their country and others then claim it's there's and every thing the real Chinese people and Emperors did to make China what it was before the communists came in and alleged they are the ones who are great because torture and stealing land isn't great.

Sure other countries and including early American's did the same, but American's grew and learned as a result, no on is perfect and that is already understandable. What happened in America over 100 years ago was 100 years ago and even longer.

We are talking about TODAY the 21st century, and yes things happen that are wrong today, but the difference is that American's are at least speaking out and doing something about it. We've just gotten rid of one bad president, and we've elected a new one who will hopefully clean up the mess the previous regime did.

So, instead of calling me names, why don't you REALLY watch the video and listen, and then do something to rally the Chinese people on freedom to free themselves of the foreign communists that came in so easily and took their country away. If no one is prosecuted for these heinous crimes against humanity, then this will be a strong message to the rest of the world that torture is okay to practice. If torture is okay then don't prosecute, if torture is wrong then prosecute, it's simple as that.

Hunt? Scary choice of words. They are not there to convert people from their own faith. That's not why American's are in that country. This is a shame that the military has allowed this to happen. I don't appreciate it when people of another faith come to my house and assume that their faith is better than my own belief of non violence, so how would it be when American's are in another country that is Islamic and soldiers proselytize their faith over another faith?

I just watched a really powerful online video that I think you should see. Judy Shepard talks about losing her son Matthew to anti-gay hate violence and her ten-year fight for a federal hate crimes law that would honor his memory.

The House just passed the bill and we need the Senate to act soon. The right wing is spreading absurd lies, claiming it would send pastors to jail for giving anti-gay sermons. We need to fight back with the truth, and we don't have much time.

Of course it would help save their lives. The union teaches us unity, and union members ban together when their lives are stake. Big corporation's only care about the bottom line, and you can easily lose your job when your not within a union. The unions help with unity in a time of need.

If any one else broke the laws, they are held accountable, and people responsible for breaking these laws in the Bush Administration shouldn't be treated any different.

Laws are here for a reason, they help protect the innocent, and egregious violations have taken place on many innocent people as a result of people in the Bush administrations ignorance toward the rule of law.

Those attorney's saying' torture is okay when the law say's it's not okay should be disbarred and put on trial.
