I don't get how people who claim to be so loving, compassionate, religious and be so against others who are against torture and killing? Seems like they are only loving, compassionate when it comes to their own inner circle, but don't care about other people or animals on this earth. Sounds pretty pathetic and hypocritical to me. "god" created all things according to some, so why don't they respect "gods" creations? Seems like oxymoron behavior; they show respect when it suits their own needs best.

Judy Shepard talks about losing her son Matthew to anti-gay hate violence and her ten-year fight for a federal hate crimes law that would honor his memory. The House just passed the bill and we need the Senate to act soon. The right wing is spreading absurd lies, claiming it would send pastors to jail for giving anti-gay sermons. Help pass hate crimes legislation once and for all.
Interesting how it's the Right Wing people blocking this with the help of Bush. Guess who the people are promoting the hate?
