arries If no one is prosecuted for these heinous crimes against humanity, then this will be a strong message to the rest of the world that torture is okay to practice. If torture is okay then don't prosecute, if torture is wrong then prosecute, it's simple as that. There's moral or immoral, simple as that. I find if strange that some people are calling Obama immoral because of the Chrysler bankruptcy which btw fell through because the deal between them and the banks fell through. arries If any one else broke the laws, they are held accountable, and people responsible for breaking these laws in the Bush Administration shouldn't be treated any different. Laws are here for a reason, they help protect the innocent, and egregious violations have taken place on many innocent people as a result of people in the Bush administrations ignorance toward the rule of law. Those attorney's saying' torture is okay when the law say's it's not okay should be disbarred and put on trial.
