I Would Like a Flying Car
We've been promised flying cars for years but nobody ever seems to come through. This is the closest thing I've found to a flying car. It gets 40 mpg, goes to 10,000 feet, and can fly anywhere. Why can't we have our flying cars? I would like a flying car.Collected in BAlvarius's videos Apr 12, 2009 -
What color do you see? (3D anaglyph video)
Anaglyph (3D) videos and movies require glasses with lens of 2 different colors to view. Traditionally red/cyan glasses are used for viewing but other color combination's are also used such as red/green and blue/yellow. When viewed with the red/green glasses the weight shift control aircraft in this video appears to change colors. The red aircraft changes to yellow for many people but green and purple have also been reported. The yellow aircraft may turn red/orange. This is an example of hemisphericalCollected in BAlvarius's videos Apr 12, 2009 -
Dark Planet UFOs?
The Sky Gypsies have obtained additional exclusive footage from cameras smuggled aboard a UFO taken on the Dark Planet showing some close up views of the terrain features of this strange bluish planet where time apparently moves at a different rate. It is unclear what chemical compounds in the atmosphere give it the unusual coloration and we can only speculate as to what compounds drive photosynthetic processes in the vegetation but it is clear that life on this bubble like planet differs greatly from our oCollected in BAlvarius's videos Apr 12, 2009 -
Emergency Procedures in Case of Gremlin Attack
Emergency procedures are an important aspect of any pilots' training and preparation is the key to dealing with any eventuality. Although not covered in the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) or the Aeronautical Information Manual (AIM), Gremlin attacks are especially insidious. These attacks can be characterized by loud banging noises and parts falling off the aircraft during flight. In some cases spark plugs and propellers have been known to come off. Many movies and television shows such as the TwiCollected in BAlvarius's videos Apr 12, 2009 -
Tremors 3.5 - Flight of the Ass Blaster
Poor Burt, if he had only fed the Ass Blaster! Flying across the countryside, these winged metamorphosed denizens of the deep carry their cargo of doom propelled by a bad night of beans. Ever wonder what they see? Heat vision helps not only find prey but the hot springs so crucial to Graboid egg incubation. This natural history footage, some recorded from specially implanted neural electrodes in captured Ass Blasters, was recorded at the Graboid preserve in the San Simon Valley in the boot heel of New MCollected in BAlvarius's videos Apr 11, 2009 -
Splat, the 110 Kph Diptera
When flying in extreme or unusual conditions pilots have to get it right every time. Passengers should be aware of this and when traveling remember to thank their pilot for every landing. Whether it is an overseas flight to Europe or a short commuter flight in New Mexico the pilot is not a bus driver but has spent many hours training to fly their aircraft. It is not magic or supernatural feat but practice and competence. So remember if you don't want to hold the worlds speed record for a Diptera on a windshCollected in BAlvarius's videos Apr 10, 2009 -
I'd Rather be Flying
Work just somehow can't get in the way of having fun. Slow and tedious gives way to dreams of flying on a sunny afternoon. The 7000 runway needs maintenance but Bill would rather be flying, so the Dresser roller becomes his aerial conveyance. All aerial footage taken from a weight shift aircraft.Collected in BAlvarius's videos Apr 3, 2009 -
Simple Movies from a Simple Time
Contrary to popular belief the motion picture industry did not start with the camera nor has it been centered in Hollywood. Rather it's roots in North America are over 1000 years old. The Mimbres culture of southwest New Mexico were the first to create movies. Although limited by technology, using only what nature had provided, the Mimbres began creating single frame movies. These portable movies could be shared with other and they were even included in burials so the departed could watch their favorite movCollected in BAlvarius's videos Apr 3, 2009 -

Happy Planes
Aircraft have a life of their own and if left unattended they become unhappy. But if pilots pay attention to their aircraft during the preflight and maintenance cycles they find that their aircraft are happy planes waiting to take them where ever they want to go. Heed the words of the wise mechanic and pay attention to your aircraft.Collected in BAlvarius's videos Apr 2, 2009 -
Sky Surfing: Flying in 3D (anaglyph video)
As a pilot have you ever tried to describe what you see when flying to others? Find yourself unable to adequately express the excitement of open cockpit flying in weight shift light sport aircraft?
