Master of the Remix or True Talent?
Are Kanye and other artists who sample music from the 70's and 80's just masters of the remix or can we credit them with having true musical talent? I go back and forth on this. Don't get me wrong, I respect Kanye and other artists who sample. In fact anything with a soul sample will at least catch my attention, but what is really going on here?
