Three years after a major oil spill in the Niger Delta, Shell still hasn't cleaned up its mess. The company finally admitted legal liability last month, but restitution negotiations could drag on. The United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) says it will take Nigeria several decades to recover from the massive oil pollution in the Ogoniland region of the Niger Delta.
