I have discovered that there are only two things that I'm talking to someone about in coaching conversations.
The first is mindset, doubts, or limiting beliefs. This part of the coaching process could be one conversation or multiple conversations and I've discovered that we allows end up coming to it once new goals, plans and ideas come back into play to go the next level.
