I'm a Man - Bo Diddley
This song was recently used in a Nissan car commercial (end of 2010) where the guy found out he and his wife were expecting, then wondered what he'd do with his sports car. Then he stretched it into a family sports car, if you will, of the models Nissan was recently putting out.
