drbradhenson Several years ago, I taught a series called My Secret. This video was the final illustration video for that series. This week at 4RC, I'll be teaching about Confession and its role in the life of a Christ follower. While studying for this new teaching, I happened upon this old video. Thought I'd share it with you... It is shot in a Roman Catholic confessional in Paducah, Kentucky.

drbradhenson This was the response we got last week from the Calvert City 11:00 gathering when we told them about moving into the new facility. Our first gathering in the new facility is THIS SUNDAY at 9:15 & 11. The new building is on Hwy 95 beside NAPA in Calvert. Tell everyone!

drbradhenson Last night a student/friend of mine shared with me that his recent visit to 4RC was his first exploration into a Christian church in many years. (I think it was like 18 years.) He is a spiritual person who is practicing the tenants of Buddism and open to the teachings of Jesus. But the idea of church is still new to him. He bravely brought his daughter to a 4RC worship gathering recently... and this is what he found. Here is his story.

drbradhenson How do you express your belief in someone? How do you send encouragement, joy & peace their way? In this teaching, I introduce the need for a great boost in 'belief' in one another. You believe in God the Father. You believe in the Son. You even believe in the Spirit of God that lives in every believer. But do you believe in the person who lives with God's Spirit in them? I want you to know... I believe in you!

drbradhenson Do you desire to grow as a human being? Do you want to be more loving, patient, kind, brave & vibrant? You will never become those things without someone believing in you. You will never become those things without someone to help. You will never become those things without someone caring. But there are people who believe in you. There are people who will help. There are many who want to help. This teaching is all about looking to others for help in growth.
