Jason couldn't be a coldhearted jerk even if he wanted to. That's one reason why I think he is going to be a great leader this year and take the Skins to the promised land in his career. Contrary to what many think, love, more than fear, is what makes other guys want to follow you into the trenches.

Now, if they had a quality O-line, I'd be a lot more confident. But that, along with Dan Snyder's lofty expectations and trigger-happy style, will be what makes Campbell a diamond or a dud.
