As a Mom, I didn't focus on myself at all for several years. I put on a lot of weight during that time. After seeing some pictures of myself, I decided I HAD to do something. I bought a pedometer and began walking every day. I ate small meals and healthy food. I drank water and water only. The pounds began to fall off!! I lost about 40 pounds
