So, I hate to crack on you ladies but you know its true.

It seems everyone has had something to say…I had nothing but as I sit here, at 5:30 am browsing tmz and perez,all I see are images of Mr. Michael Jackson.He really was a great talent.I have no personal encounters with him of which to tell, no magnificent memories of him in concert. I grew up hearing my stepdad sing his songs and watching his admirers imitate him on-stage(his admirers-see every musical artist since Thriller).So, I’m paying homage in my own little way.I dedicated my myspace song to him.

The sad thing is, I grew up with stuff like this. I'm not the least bit shocked or surprised and I'm sorry but the black community is still a community of slaves.We didn't come to this country with these orthodox Christian ideals. These were beliefs that were imposed upon the slaves to make them more docile, to keep them quiet by giving them "hope." Now, 400 yrs later and we're still holding on to this lullaby,this- (and I hate to play on words here) but this lulling lie. It truly is the opiate of the masse
