Born in New Orleans for some spicy flavor and grew up in Charlotte, NC (The QC!). I moved to Greensboro, NC where I studied Nutrition/Dietetics and Food Science for the 5 year plan at UNCG (Go Spartans!). And then moved up the restaurant ladder into fine dining where my passion and excitement for food truly exploded! Back to my hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina we go for a couple of years, and just recently moved to Tampa, Florida leaving my fave restaurant, (Table Restaurant & Bar), and my biggest fan;
