I am a Denver, Colorado residential realtor with Keller Williams Denver Central. I specialize in the Mayfair Neighborhood of Central Denver. This neighborhood composes a variety of homes such as Tudors, Bungalows and Ranch style homes. The newer construction homes are grander in scale with 3-4 bedrooms and a larger footprint with smaller yards than some of the existing inventory. It is a great neighborhood with large lots and plenty of gardeners. Mayfair has an active neighborhood organization, Mayfair Neighbors, Inc.
