New York's annual display of support for the embattled sanctuary of western civilization in the Promised Land takes place on Manhattan's Fifth Avenue the first Sunday in June. The 2008 Parade features interviews with parade Grand Marshals- Valerie Harper, Lanie Kazan, Ron Rifkin, & Richard Kind- and first-hand testimonials from many, individuals, like comedian Freddy Roman, whose experience of Israel's significance in the world may surprise you.
