Description: Pretty standard GPS-satellite-carrying $45,000,000.00 Cape Canaveral rocket exploding and melting car tires stuff. But what amazed me was the NASA Mission Control lady calling it an "anomaly." Watch it again, and imagine the end of the world!

Description: Captured at the 500 kV Eldorado substation near Boulder City, NV, by power company engineers and maintenance staff. It's short, but very interesting. Remember, this was a real event, NOT a manipulated picture or a special effect. Thats why it's cool.
