Last fall I was researching the Ventura ordinance against people sleeping in their cars. I met Shirley who was homeless and living out of her RV, in a constant state of "dodging" the authorities. Disaster Relief | New Orleans 2009, The Prosper Family
I've been returning to New Orleans with Forward Edge International for the past three years, to document continued rebuilding efforts following Hurricane Katrina. I created this video for the volunteers of Milwaukie Covenant Church to reflect the impact their effort made in the lives of the Prosper family. MCC has shown this video to recruit new volunteers and raise additional resources to continue rebuilding this community.
