Since joining AT&T in 2006, Bob Hubbard has led Six Sigma projects that continue to lower costs by more than $5 million annually. As a Six Sigma Black Belt, he evangelizes Six Sigma’s proven problem solving ability. Additionally, Bob is responsible for IT Six Sigma training and development. Past Experience Bob spent 25 years with Delta Air Lines serving in various positions. During his time in Delta’s Call Center division, his innovations lowered annual costs by over $1.8 million. While in Delta’s In-Flight Service division, he was responsible for a training audience of more than 20,000 people worldwide. His led implementation of innovative performance-based learning practices across a wide array of In-Flight learning programs including; In-Flight Leadership, Ergonomics & Biomechanics, and the industry’s first Personal Defense training for in-flight cabin crews.
