that is ~300v that the multimeter is reading, sorry for poor video quality. All i basicly did to the phone was take some wires and connect them to the xenon flash circuit, so the phone is ready to be a taser whenever i charge the flash :) and yes, while it doesnt make a big spark, it hurts a fucking lot, and no its not leathal, it lacks enough current to kill..... one day i;ll write a howto :)
