Charice Pempengco on The Ellen DeGeneres Show (FULL!!!)
If you like to have a semblance of Charice's voice in you, imagine yourself like a PIANO with all 88 keys embedded in your voice pipe. Her baritone voice was influenced by Gessa Zaragoza, as she herself admitted. For high pitch, she mimicked the likes of Regine Velasquez and Sarah Geronimo. And the mix of Mariah Carey, Celine Dion and Whitney Houston further honed the rough edges in her voice. Try this recipe and voila, you will have Charice in you. One caveat, though, do you have a God-given talent for singing? If not, let us just content ourself listening to her hypnotic voice. I say hypnotic because she is able to extract drops of tears (joy) in us. Charice is a JOY TO THE WORLD!!
