Daniel Hannan Glen Beck: Beck on Prostate Cancer
Among the many, many reasons not to accept the health care reform that the administration is planning for us, here are two. Maybe taking them in small doses will make am impact. One is discussed in the video below and one is not. Daniel Hannan First, the issue not in the video: if you are a wealthy person, or a middle-income person and you take solace in the fact that you will just pay a physician for your care and to heck with the government plan, think again. Your physician may (may, maybe, maybe not) be able to treat you, but if you need a procedure that will put you in a surgical facility - your physician will not be in a position to get you scheduled. That can only be done through the government program. There will be no private surgical facilities, because the hospitals must approve every facility outside of their domain. Second, the issue in the video discusses prostate cancer. Glen Beck and Britain's Daniel Hannan discuss the inadequacy of Britain's universal health care. Beck offers some prostate cancer statics: Currently in the U.S. there is a 100 percent relative survival rate, in Canada the relative survival rate is 95 percent and in the UK - only 77 percent. If cancer has not been introduced to your family, your friends or your co-workers...yet, you are fortunate, but you know you will not escape it forever. This video is about more than cancer survival rates. I hope you'll watch it. Daniel Hannan Glen Beck: Hannan Warns on Healthcare (video)
Ben Stein Booted: New York Times Boots Ben Stein Column
What in the world is the New York Times thinking? Ben Stein booted over an endorsement for a credit reporting company? So he writes a business column. There is no claim that he pitched the company in his column. Could it be his politics? See video below. Thank you to ChicagoRay. Ben Stein This blog is giddy that Stein is gone. "Scuzzy" it calls Stein's pitch for a free credit score. The company apparently will give you your credit score, but will not show you report without payment. So a young adult wants to buy a car, and wants to know her/his credit score before getting to government motors. They get the score from the company Stein pitched for. They can buy the credit report if they don't like the score, and attempt to repair whatever info is contained therein, or take advantage of the government requirement that gives you one free credit report and score annually from elsewhere. Really, it is a choice. If the score is good, maybe that is all that is needed. He/she takes the clunker to government motors with the full faith and confidence of knowing his/her score and having a qualified clunker to add to the deal...or not. It doesn't matter. What matters is that this young adult picked the company. If they don't want to buy the full credit report, they do not have to. What happened to choice? Stein said he has never written about the company or credit scores and did not know he had posed a conflict when he signed on to do the advertisement. No, what's going on here is Mr. Stein's tendency to lean to the right and his problem with evolution. New York Times Boots Ben Stein Column
Dan Maffei New York State Intimidation: Maffei's No-Respect for Constitutients
My friend Karen, at The Lonely Conservative, attended her congressman, Dan Maffei's (D-NY) "Congressman on your Corner," meeting yesterday. Maffei represents (kinda-sorta) the 25th Congressional District which "stretches from Onodage County and the city of Syracuse, across Central New York to Monroe County." See video below. Dan Maffei She arrived at the library at 10:30 am. Maffei showed up at 1 pm. When asked if he had read the health care bill, in typical Democrat-style, he wagged his finger at the audience and said he was insulted to be asked such a question.Stories like this, showing the complete lack of respect from congressmen and women across the country for their constituents has become the story. Read this New York story which goes far, far beyond a finger-wag. ***** by The Lonely Conservative Rep. Dan Maffei’s “Congressman on your Corner” meeting this afternoon was trying, extremely trying. A good sized crowd was waiting for him in the library at 10:30 AM. It was a bit difficult to estimate the size of the crowd because we were all in different aisles. We were told we needed an appointment to meet him and ask questions, but later a staffer told us if we came back at 12:30 he would meet with all of us in a larger room. Then someone from the library got out a roll of tape and taped a line on the floor, presumably to make a place for those with appointments to wait. It was very odd. There was no “angry mob” and the only people that seemed to be organized were those on the side of government run health care. They had printed signs with the Obama logo at the top, and the name and website of whatever organization sent them out at the bottom. (I have video on my camcorder, but I’m technologically challenged. Once I figure out how to upload it onto my computer I will cut and past clips of those signs.) I heard people mention Organizing for America and MoveOn. People were civil and we went off in groups before returning for the 12:30 meeting. I will
White House Dissident Database: Health Care...What's Next?
In a comment this morning online, I mentioned that the White House seems unconcerned about asking us to "flag" anyone they find with dissenting information on the Obama administration's health care reform. Robert Gibbs, the White House Press Secretary tags us as liars and then lies about what will be done about the names that are flagged. See video below. The Presidential Records Act requires that all correspondence with the White House be kept - forever. In the video below, Gibbs refuses to acknowledge that truth, or he acknowledges it and then denies it. Gibbs also has the gaul to say that the videos of some years ago of Obama saying he was a proponent of "single payer health care" was "spliced together." From the White House press room, Gibbs calls us liars. While many of us have had a good time "flagging ourselves," and explaining to the President exactly why we are concerned about health care, we must wonder what is next? Will flagging morph into dissent over taxes, dissent over government motors, dissent over the Mexico City Policy. Just what will conservatives be flagged for? Think about the possibilities the White House might see, with our names flooding into the office of Rahm Emanuel. Byron York points out that the Freedom of Information Act does not extend to the White House - which means the information gathered is not required to be released, if requested through the FOIA In addition, the lawyers say the collected emails likely will be covered by the Presidential Records Act, which requires the White House to preserve and maintain its records for permanent storage in a government database. Phillips' request suggests that whatever information the White House receives on health-care reform "disinformation" will be used to further the goal of passing a national health-care makeover, which is, of course, one of the president's main policy initiatives. Such material, and whatever the White House does with it, would qualify as presidential records. Onl
Kenneth Gladney is Black Conservative Attacked, Cavuto (Videos)
Kenneth Gladney is a Black conservative who was attacked at a Townhall meeting in St. Louis, Missouri. FoxNews' Neil Cavuto interviewed Mr. Gladney. See two videos below, one which includes a glimpse of the attack on Mr. Gladney. Kenneth Gladney, 38, attended a St. Louis health care Townhall meeting hosted by Rep. Russ Carnahan (D-MO). Gladney is a vendor of conservative items, buttons, flags and such. He was attacked after being called the "N" word, allegedly by a Black man. His merchandise was roughed-up. He was hit in the face, knocked to the ground and kicked. His glasses were broken and he ended up in St. John's Mercy Medical Center with injuries to his knee, back, elbow, shoulder and face. Mr. Gladney is an entrepreneur. He is unemployed and was trying to "make an honest dollar." He says he had no opinions about health care, but it appears that Union members from the SEIU (Service Employees International Union) didn't like his entrepreneurial spirit. The SEIU motto is Change that Works, and it appears they are willing beat the heck out of someone to get that change. Betsy McCaughey Fred Thomspon Health Care (Video)
Seniors, gird your loins. Listen as Betsy McCaughey tell Fred Thomson how the Obama health care bill, beginning on page 425 through 430, provides a new benefit to Seniors. Will you look forward to "required" counseling on how to "cut your life short," forego antibiotics, hydration and nutrition? There is much more in this video. Every AARP member needs to listen to Fred and Betsy: Betsy McCaughey - Fred Thompson (video) Ms. McCaughey mentions Rahm Emanuel's brother, Ezekiel Emanuel. Ezekiel is a doctor and he has all 4 of President Obama's ears. Ezekiel believes that the elderly need to give up their health care for the younger and healthier. He is an advisor to Obama and has direct access to the White House. Read his exact quotes here.

Jenny Sanford Moves Out: Jenny Sanford Moves On
South Carolina's First Lady, Jenny Sanford, is moving from the Governor's Mansion in Columbia to their Sullivan Island home off Charleston with her four sons. Husband, Governor Mark Sanford, that lying, cheating emotional mess who says he has a "soul mate," who happens not to be his wife, could not convince Mrs. Sanford that she should help him prop-up his political ambitions and make nice in front of the cameras. See video below Jenny Sanford I respect Mrs. Sanford for trying to bring her husband back into the fold, especially for the four boys, but I am not surprised that she cannot see this man as the head of the family household right now. Sanford says she will remain engaged in her activities as First Lady. In other words, she will not let down the people of South Carolina, as did her lying, cheating, emotional-mess-of-a-husband. Gov. Sanford has refused to resign as governor after the scandal, pledging he could both run the state and work on his family issues. Some state leaders had called for Sanford to step down so he could attend to his family full time.Sanford has been a passionate fundraiser with cancer her chief effort. Her mother is battling melanoma. Jenny Sanford, Cancer Bike Ride (Photo) For a refresher of Governor Sanford's scandal, he fell in love with an Argentinian woman, Maria Belen Chapur (or Shapur), a 43 year old divorcee with two sons. And Sanford had four sons back home. His emails to Maria were erotic and shameful for a public official who must have known that he could and probably would be outed at any time. Wrote Sanford: "You have a particular grace and calm that I adore. You have a level of sophistication that so fitting with your beauty. I could digress and say that you have the ability to give magnificent gentle kisses, or that I love your tan lines or that I love the curve of your hips, the erotic beauty of you holding yourself (or two magnificent parts of yourself) in the faded glow of the night’s light." Memorial Hermann Hospital The Woodland, Texas Medical Center - Doctors No Health Care Bill
Houston Doctors "jammed" a town hall meeting to protest President Obama's ideas for Health Care reform. See video below. Kevin Brady U.S. Rep. Kevin Brady (R-TX) hosted the meeting at Memorial Hermann Hospital - The Woodlands. The bottom line is that doctors don't want socialized medicine — another flawed health care system like Medicare. They don't believe it will lower the costs or improve quality,” Brady said. “Medicare is already going bankrupt and not quality care. It also shifts medical costs onto other paying customers. It needs to be fixed first.” “I am very concerned about what this will cost us in terms of dollars,” said Dr. William Parker, the chief medical officer where the meeting was held. “Before this week, they did not tell us any details of the plan. We've had too little time to read, digest and discuss something that will be such a major overhaul of the health care system.” The revenue to pay for it would come from $544 billion over the next decade in income taxes on single people making more than $280,000 annually and couples making more than $350,000 annually; $37 billion in business taxes; $500 billion in cuts to Medicare and Medicaid; and sizable penalties paid by individuals and employers who don't obtain coverage. About ninety doctors attended The Woodlands meeting. A week or so ago, Rep. Brady spoke at another Townhall-like meeting at the Texas Medical Center's Ben Tau Hospital, the largest medical center in the world. Brady say the doctors want to know why there is such a rush, saying they have no idea what is in the bill, and no opportunity for input. Brady asks "why are we not listening to these health care experts?" Kevin Brady (Video)
Rodell Vereen is Man Charged with Buggery - Twice
Rodell Vereen is the man charged with Buggery - twice. What is "buggery" you might ask? Read on. See a video below. Rodell Vereen A South Carolina man had sex with Barbara Kenley's horse, Sugar, and no one knows how many times. She caught him on Thanksgiving Day 2007, found Vereen curled up asleep in Sugar's stall, with Sugar. He was arrested, charged with buggery, sentenced to 3 year's probation and added to the South Carolina sex offender list. Rodell Vereen had piled some dirt behind the horse, pulled up a stool and...and he upset the horse, but the horse couldn't tell on 49 year-old Rodell. A few weeks ago, Ms. Kenley, Conway, S.C. noticed that things didn't seem quite right in her stables, again. Sugar was nervous and acting strange. Besides that, Sugar was getting infections "again." Dirt was again piled-up and bales of hay were nearby. Kenley knew it was Vereen, because...who else would.... She notified the police and they said it couldn't be the same guy. At the same time, she could not believe there could be two men in the area raping horses, and particularly her horse, Sugar. The Lazy B Stables where Sugar lives is about 4 miles from Kenley's home. She staked-out the place for a number of night but nothing happened. She finally installed surveillance cameras and on July 19th she got Rodell Vereen on tape, once again, taking advantage of Sugar. She leveled her shotgun at him, chased him to his truck and held him until the police arrived" "He said he wasn't there to do anything, and I said, 'I know you were. I have you on tape.' And then he said he was sorry if he hurt me," Kenley said.Police charged Rodell of Longs, S.C. with trespassing, until they watched the surveillance tape, and then they added the buggery charge once again. This time there is no probation for Vereen, or at least not yet. Mr. Vereen's family says he has had mental problems for years and may be off of his meds. Bail is set at $30,000.00. Thank you to Shadmia Rodell Vereen
White House Targets Drudge: Linda Douglass Targets Americans
Linda Douglass, the Communications Director for the White House Office of Health Reform is defending Barack Obama's previous statements about health care, and telling America that what we heard from him, is not what we heard. Matt Drudge at the Drudge Report linked the video below and now, the White House targets Drudge, and as you will see, Douglass targets Americans. She says the following video is taken out of context and does not mean what Barack Obama actually says. Douglass says the clips in the video are "cherry-picked." Douglass shows a clip that she claims "they" (anyone in opposition) will not show you. That clip is another of Obama saying if you want to keep your current health care, you can. Now, if you know what is in the health care bill, you know that is not true. We can keep our current health care if we want to, as long as we work for that same employer - never changing jobs, and as long as our employer continues to offer health care to us. If either is no longer the case, you can never again go back to private insurance. The government will have you in their greedy clutches forever. I logged on to the White House website to provide a link to Douglass' video, Facts are "Stubborn Things." There are no facts in the Douglass video - only deceptions. I am loathe to log-on to any government site now, since reading the "Warning" on the Cash for Clunkers website. If you have not read that revelation, you should. The video below shows President Obama discussing health care on several occasions. Douglass says these statements are out-of-context. As you can clearly see, there is no way they can be out of context. By the way, if you are writing or reading on the web about the health care plan, Douglass characterizes you as someone who "has a lot of time on your hands." Never has a White House been so disrespectful of the American people.

Michigan Kansas Terrorist Prison Courtroom: Jon Stewart Gitmo Video
Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas may be the home of a new experimental stateside "Gitmo." The Standish Maximum Correctional Facility in Standish, Michigan may be the second such facility. See a hilarious (allbeit liberal) video below with Jon Stewart. Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas Both maximum security facilities are being considered for a prison-courtroom combination for prisoners from the War on Terror. The idea does not have final approval and is said to be one of many being discussed to house the prisoners now at Guantanamo Bay. Michigan Senator Carl Levin (D) said the plan would require "state and local concurrence." Levin was only one of six senators this week to fund the Cuban facility's closure, however. Ninety rejected funding until the administration detailed where in the U.S. the alleged terrorists would await trial or serve time upon conviction. Levin said hundreds of convicted terrorists are already serving time in federal prison. Former Michigan Governor, John Engler is quoted saying that housing the Gitmo prisoners in the state's Upper Peninsula "could net $1 billion a year." "Levin said he didn't know where Engler came up with that figure." The Standish, Michigan prison is scheduled to be closed: Russ Marlan, spokesman for a prison system aiming to reduced its inmate population by more than 3,500 and close several prisons by Oct. 1, is already shopping prison space to other states and the U.S. Department of Justice. He said no offer had been made to house alleged terrorists.Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas is both a military base and maximum security prison, raising the level of security for the area. That's a good thing. Friends of the imprisoned would not likely hang around a military base. In researching this idea, I found an interesting bit of information. At least half of the existing Ft. Leavenworth prisoners are military, and imprisoned U.S. soldiers can not be held in the same facility with "foreigners." Kansas Senator Sam Brownback (R) says Ft. Leavenworth is
DOJ Dismisses Black Panthers: Black Panther Voter Intimidation Dropped
The New Black Panther Party (for Self Defense) has been granted government sanction to continue the intimidation of voters in Philadelphia or wherever they want to intimidate. If you think that's a stretch, it's not. See a video below. See the thugs in the photo below? The short guy wielded a nightstick in front of a Philly polling precinct during the November elections. The Department of Justice (DOJ) put a restraining order on the billystick until 2012. Until 2012 - what then? The tall guy is Jerry Jackson, a credentialed Democrat poll worker in Philadelphia's 14th Ward. There were no sanctions or restrictions on him - not even a slap on the wrist. He maintains his credentials with the Democrats and will be back on the job at the next election. You'll see Jackson in the video below talking to Rick Leventhal, FoxNews. "I don't know what you taking about," he says. By this time the police have escorted the short guy with the nightstick out of the area. Jackson denies there was anyone with a nightstick on the premises. The details of what happened that day in Philadelphia are below, including the Department of Justice's dismissal, after already receiving a default judgment. The dismissal came after the Civil Rights Division and "career lawyers" got involved. If you think voter intimidation is color blind, think again. Here's the latest news, which includes that Jerry Jackson will be back on the job in the Philly 14th Ward. Believe me, this whole incident is racial. The Washington Times found hate speech on the Black Panther's MySpace page. One rant after the other including "KILLIN CRAKKKAS," "F*** WHITEY'S CHRISTMAS," and of course, there is more. You see it here, including the timeline (because the Black Panthers attempted to take it down before anyone could make an issue of it) and cached pages. You will read below about Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA) and his attempts to refile and "bring the case," - again. Rep. Wolf says new evidence is available of extreme voter i
Sarah Todd Palin Divorce Untrue: CNN Lies Again, Meg Stapleton Denies
Sarah and Todd Palin to divorce? Reports coming out of Alaska say it is true. Unnamed sources say it is true but Palin's spokesman, Meg Stapleton, says it is "a made-up story." See video below. Sarah and Todd Palin I've been watching this and see that it is beginning to be picked up, but most without the denial from the Palins. The Immoral Minority Blog, a blog in Alaska claims to have an in-the-know source. The AlaskaReport picked it up from the blog. So there you go. The Palin camp is not dodging. They have come out concretely saying there is no truth to the story. The blog mentioned Stapleton's statement on Facebook, calling it "venom." This from Palin's Facebook page: No Truth to Latest Rumors Today at 11:50am Yet again, some so-called journalists have decided to make up a story. There is no truth to the recent “story” (and story is the correct term for this type of fiction) that the Palins are divorcing. The Palins remain married, committed to each other and their family, and have not purchased land in Montana (last week it was reported to be Long Island). Less than one week ago, Governor Palin asked the media to “quit making things up.” We appreciate that the more professional journalists decided to question this story before repeating it. Meg StapletonThanks to RiehlWorldView for Facebook tip. I'm hoping you will not make your way to the Immoral Minority or the AlaskaReport. I'll tell you what they are claiming, so they will not receive the favor of your hits. The claims are: Sarah and Todd were not speaking during the festivities celebrating her resignation as Governor of Alaska. Norah O'Donnell, a reporter, (I know who she is, I don't know which network she works for) claims that Sarah and kids made a quick exit after the event - jumped in a vehicle with a security detail driving and whisk off, leaving Todd behind without a car. Todd joked about it. Claims are that Sarah has not been wearing her wedding ring lately. There is no confirm
Beck CARS Warning: CARS Website Steals Computer, CARS Steals Personal Information (Video)
It's a wonderful thing. The "government" has given away another $2 million of taxpayer money to help Americans buy a new car, after turning in their gas guzzling clunker in the Cash for Clunkers program. See video below. Glen Beck Glen Beck has logged onto the site and found a warning that is significant, and if you have no plans to visit the CARS website, because you will not use the CARS program - nevertheless, you need to know what your government is doing to everyone who visits and hits the "continue" button. You'll see the following on your computer screen at CARS.com: Privacy Act & Security Statement This application provides access to the DoT CARS system. When logged on to the CARS system, your computer is considered a Federal computer system and is property of the United States government, any or all uses of this system [your computer] and all files on this system [your computer] may be intercepted, monitored, recorded, copied, audited, inspected, and disclosed to authorized CARS, DoT, law enforcement personnel, as well as authorized officials of other agencies, both domestic and foreign. No notice that once you leave the site, your personal information will magically disappear, no longer be stored in the clutches of "the government." My imagination isn't nearly creative enough to think of all the ways the government can use your information and then track you afterwards. Of course, they will - at least some of you. Otherwise, why would they take charge of everything on your computer? Here's a couple of things the U.S. government under the Obama administration might consider doing now that they know you a bit better - just guesses, of course: 1) If you have outstanding warrants for about anything, I bet the "law enforcement" mentioned above will come knocking on your door. I think that's a good idea, because if you have outstanding warrants, you and law enforcement likely need a meet-up. Maybe some dead-beat moms and dads will be brought to justice thro
Tim Bishop Protests: Tim Bishop Constitutents: Throw the Bumbs Out
If you think American's aren't madder than heck, watch these constituents of New York's U.S. Rep. Tim Bishop (D). This lame excuse for a Congressman, Tim Bishop, refused to meet in scheduled Townhall-type meetings in June. The August recess should be exciting. I had felt they would be pointless,” Rep. Tim Bishop (D-N.Y.) told POLITICO, referring to his recent decision to temporarily suspend the events in his Long Island district. “There is no point in meeting with my constituents and [to] listen to them and have them listen to you if what is basically an unruly mob prevents you from having an intelligent conversation. I have no problem with someone disagreeing with positions I hold,” Bishop said, noting that, for the time being, he was using other platforms to communicate with his constituents. “But I also believe no one is served if you can’t talk through differences.” Right. No problem with those not agreeing with him. The protesters in the video are said to be from The Conservative Society for Action and "other angry taxpayers." The Long Island crowd got nowhere with Bishop who some say is a rubber stamp for Pelosi. They chanted. Besides some words about both Pelosi and Bishop, you'll hear "Throw the Bums Out," "Silent No More," "Stop Spending our Money," No Cap and Trade," "USA USA," chanted over and over. The crowd sang God Bless America, and displayed the flag and said the Pledge of Allegiance. This was an organized and peaceful protest that definitely had a message. It's a great video. A month ago, the health care bill was not the topic of scorn that it is today. Bishop can count on hearing about health care during is vacation, if he comes near his home district. Read about other politicians meeting protests around the country. Tim Bishop Constitutents Protest
