Religious Liberty Down Under
Ave Maria! Father Angelo reflects on religious liberty after participating with the Aussies at a pro-life prayer vigil.
Guarding the Heart
Ave Maria!
Father Angelo speaks again about Dom Chautard's The Soul of the Apostolate and his concept of custody of the heart, and connects this idea with St. Paul's comments on the Armor of God, in Ephesians 6. As knights we need to guard our own hearts before we can guard and protect others. Father Angelo writes in a similar vein on MaryVictrix: http://maryvictrix.wordpress.com/2009...

Our Lady of Victory 2
Ave Maria!
In this edition of Standing Fast Father Angelo returns after a long hiatus and speaks about the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary and the Spirit of Lepanto. It is a spirit of prayer and action, of manly courage and humble recourse to God in times of need.

In the video I mention the book by Dom J.B. Chautard, O.C.R., "The Soul of the Apostolate." To obtain a copy go to http://www.amazon.com/Soul-Apostolate...

Fatherlessness
Fr. Angelo commenting on an article in the City Journal about the high rate of fatherlessness in Newark, New Jersey which has reached epidemic proportions and the corresponding high rate of crime explains the need for Fathers in society and for men to take back their position in family and society as father figures. But why aren't more people talking about this very obvious need? Listen to Father's impassioned plea for men to speak up and Stand Fast!
Our Lady of Victory
Fr. Angelo Mary Geiger F.I. talks about Our Lady of Victory and the Battle of Lepanto won by the Christian forces against the Ottoman empire in 1571. More than ever we need our Lady to overcome the evil launched against us by both secularists and Islamic fundamentalists.
Imitating Christ the King
Fr. Angelo explains the need for men to imitate Christ the King by making use of the graces given at baptism to be Priests, Prophets and Kings. He says both men and women get these graces but men especially have the duty to be good, saintly kings in their families and society. So all you men out there, put down the Bud and the potato chips, grab your scepter and crown, and listen-up!
Men of Prayer and Action
Father Angelo speaks about how Our Lord Jesus Christ is THE Man of Prayer and Man of Action. He is our model and exemplar. Men today need to follow His example and re-learn how to put prayer into action.

Join Fr. Angelo Mary Geiger as he explains a brief history of "Knighthood" and how men today need to become "Knights" again to reclaim the headship and leadership which they have abbrogated.
The Five Virtues of Chivalry
Fr. Angelo explains the five virtues of Chivalry: Faith (which is foremost), Honesty, Courtesy, Prowess and Generosity. In the process he underlines the need for God and the Catholic faith to promote the virtues and so any attempt based on secularity and paganism will never work.
What is Chivarly?
Father Angelo talks about the meaning and importance of Chivalry, how it is a virtue of manly common sense, and its relation to fatherhood. Fr. Angelo explains the origin of chivalry, and gives a stirring call for men to once again take up its banner.
