I never dug the Castlevania series. Kojima could revitalize the franchise though so this game could be worth checking out.

The release date is now set for next week on the August the 13th. Can't wait trying it out on Steam. I'll probably get it on the PS3 at a later date as well just to show my fanboyism for this excellent little gaming memory from the eighties.

I never really played that much of the first game. The graphic engine looks a little bit dated however but if they get the horror-elements right it may still be good.
