2009-2010 Goals
I recently submitted goals to my manager for the coming year. I chose to use this video rather than type a document for her.
The last slide is a little random, but is part of a running joke with one of my peers. She took it well, even though I was accused of being a "suck-up". I took that well, I guess.

Our customers, whoever they are, internal & external, are the ones that determine if they are satisfied with the service we provide. If we don't ask them, how will we really know! Ask them!
