クライミングの基本／フットワーク001：基本フットワーク3種
基本的なフットワークは3種類。 1.インサイドエッジングは、ホールドに足を乗せる基本的な方法で、足の内側が壁に当たる。母指球（親指の付け根）に体重をかけて立つ。ホールドを指でつかむイメージで立っていくことがポイント。 2.アウトサイドエッジングとは、親指以外の指の付け根で立つ方法。インサイドエッジングと逆で、足の外側を壁に当てる。壁に当たるのは小指側だが、実際には中指と薬指に体重を乗せるイメージで。クロスやフラッギング（というムーブ）などで使うと有効。 3.スメアリングとは、のっぺりとした大きめのホールドに立つ場合にソールをホールドに押しつけて立つ方法。摩擦を使って体重をかけていき、足の裏全体でホールドを包み込むような意識で立っていくことがポイント。基本はかかとを下げるが、ケースバイケースでかかとを上げることも。 そのほか、ポケットなどにシューズの先で立つ方法として、フロントエッジングもある。つま先が壁と直角になるよう、前向きに置こう。 ※講師：平山ユージ、撮影協力：Climb Park BASE CAMP by フリークライミング総合情報サイト F-STYLE【エフ・スタイル】http://www.Collected in nelsonhuang's videos Nov 29, 2011 -
