There are so many disturbing things about this video, the violence the abuse, the kids watching and supporting the aggressor.

The desperation of the girl, the predicament of the boy that very wisely, considering this was caught on tape, did not respond with violence.

I am guessing that once the police view this video charges will be pressed, the girl will enter the criminal justice system and unless a miracle occurs her chances of success in life will be seriously curtailed.

I take no sides in the Palestinian/Israeli conflict.

My posting of this video is more because it think it is of general interest regardless of your views on the subject.

It made an impression on me, and that is why I am posting it.

Not to cast judgment, or to take sides. Just as a human being watching other human beings caught up in a sad and depressing situation.

A Canadian airliner was hijacked near Montego bay, a famous tourist resort in Jamaica.

The man, a Jamaican described as mentally challenged by the Jamaican authorities, stormed the plane while brandishing a gun. Eventually asking to be flown to Cuba

He allowed all 159 passengers to leave the plane unharmed. After several hours of fruitless negotiation, Jamaican special forces boarded the plane and captured the man without injury to the captive crew, the security forces or the hijacker himself.

So what do you think about this answer? I had two reactions to it and as usual they are diametrically opposed to each other.

On one hand it is her opinion and she is entitled to it. She knew it would not be a popular one but she had the guts to say it anyway rather than going for the typical whimpy response given by the contestants.

On the other hand had she won she would have been soon be an ambassador of sorts for the US. In that capacity she whatever her own personal views it would have been better
