Here was your chance to mention the $200 million water bill, then again it was election season. At least she admits that Eastside does not have equal access to parks. Then again, the council could have required more open space for those two eastside developments. Someone please try to explain her smart growth answer. A lot of rambling, no substance. However, this was our first glimpse of what she had already planned, a very low density future for Patterson. Gotta love her.
