Imagine you or someone you love needs health care immediately, and you're stuck in traffic or have no transportation. That would be tragic. What's even more tragic is that some human beings are intentionally preventing others from getting the medical attention they need. "No Way Through" is a tribute to the Palestinians in the West Bank who are prevented from reaching emergency medical centers.

Do you want to "demand civilian solutions for Afghanistan"?

I must clarify one thing about the title of this post. Time Magazine did have an exclusive interview with Ahmadinejad, but their title was "Ahmadinejad Says Obama Should Back Off".

Certainly if you watch this video you can see where they would get that title from. Only I don't think it's accurately frames the situation.

Consider for a second that you're Iran: you are a country that wants to improve its economy, you know you can do this by selling oil because you have some and it's a pricey and desirable

Frozan Fana, one of the 2 female presidential candidates in the current Afghan elections, did an interview on BBC the other day and acknowledged that she would give her life in order to bring some social justice to her country. She and the other female candidate,Shahala Atta, have been trying to champion women's rights in Afghanistan and over turn laws like the recent one that has been included in Afghani legislature re: a husband has the right to starve his wife if she refuses to have sex with him.

I can't say I've always been a huge fan. In fact, I'm not sure if I can even be considered a Hilary Clinton fan. However, I do like her reaction to this!
