ProTom Fitness
ProTom was set-up in 2008 by professional personal trainer, Tom Lakos. Tom has spent most of his life involved in sport, starting out as a gymnast, progressing to swimming and athletics before finally moving on to martial arts. He set up a kickboxing club in his native country, Hungary, and still works with them. Having studied a variety of different fields of Human Science (Human anatomy, functional anatomy, biomechanics, cell biology, ) he decided to combine this expertise with his sports experience and set-up Protom, offering a range of services including one-to-one personal training, medicine ball classes and kickboxing lessons.
