RAW Creamy Teriyaki Dressing

1/4 C of water

1+1/2 Tbsps agave nectar

1+1/2 Tbsps Braggs liquid aminos (or raw tamari *wheat free*, or nama shoyu)

1/2-1tsp. fresh grated ginger root (you can substitute with powdered ginger root)

1/4 clove of garlic

1/4-1/2 tsp. black pepper

dash of cayenne pepper

1 Tbsp. of hemp oil

4 Tbsp.s raw tahini (or you can use whole sesame seeds if youre using a high-powered blender)

Raw avocado tacos~ super quick and tasty!






This recipe was whipped up by my lovely wife when she was craving something savory. No fancy equipment, dehydrating or high-powered blenders necessary; just a knife, cutting board, bowl and fork!



Step 1 - open one or two avocadoes, pit and scoop out the flesh.





Step 2 - mash your avocado into a mushy consistency.

Raw Dreamsicle Smoothie with Jody Allen-Delicious!

Ingredients:
4 ounces fresh squeeze orange juice
4 ounces of almond milk
3 tablespoons of agave nectar
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
3/4 cup of ice

Put all ingredients except ice on high speed in the blender. Once blended, add the ice and blend until smooth and creamy with a "smoothie" consistency.

You can replace the almond milk with a nut based ice cream to make a Dreamsicle shake.

RAW chocolate pudding with Jody Allen
Ingredients:
3 avocados
1 cup of agave nectar or less depends on how sweet you like it
1/4 cup of cacao powder
pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of vanilla

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add more agave or cacao to reach your personal level of sweetness.
Best served cold and in small portions.

*No caterpillars were harmed in the making of this video!
RAW Creamy Cheezy Chipotle Dip
Delicious, creamy dip made from sunflower seeds and spices!

1 c. soaked sunflower seeds
3/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. Nutritional yeast
3/4 tsp. salt
"dash" black pepper
1/8th -1/2 tsp. chipotle powder
1/8th clove garlic
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. paprika

Blend seeds, water and salt until creamy. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well combined.

5 tbsps cacao or carob powder

Raw Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie
In the melee of smoothie making I forget to mention the 1/8 of a teaspoon of sea salt, which boosts the flavor of the cacao and gives it that authentic peanut buttery taste!
Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie~
2 C filtered water
4 Tbsps Raw Tahini
4( or 5 ) Tbsps Raw honey ( or agave )
1/4 tsp or vanilla
4 Tbsps Raw cacao powder
1/8 tsp sea salt
1 froz. banana
8 or so ice cubes

Natural cleaning concoctions to replace synthetic and possibly toxic typical household cleaners.

All-purpose cleaning spray-
2 parts filtered or distilled water with
1 part white vinegar and
about 10 drops essential oil of lavendar

Distilled or filtered water is used b/c the chlorine in tap water will deteriorate the essential oils.

Scouring gel-
2 parts natural dish soap
1 part baking soda
several drops essential oil of your choice (optional)

6 cups filtered water

1/2 cup unpasteurized miso thinned with 1/2 cup of water
