responsibledog End of Day 4 working with Riley. Scott work her with the head collar on during PM Session. I worked earlier off lead to prepare her for wearing the head collar and heeling. Owner will need this "crutch" until she's mastered things on her own!

responsibledog I'm purposely allowing relaxed sniffing before we work stay and distractions with other dogs and people. Several weeks ago, I noticed Darwin would take off without permission to meet another dog, this IS a problem. We've been working on listening/attention, stay, either in sit and/or down position. responsibledog This is adlibbed training, I often only have a vague idea before hand, I adjust according to what I see with the dog/s I’m working with and/or supervising. I don’t expect dogs to present behaviors using the same responses, each dog has their own personality and off days.
