rl8rgal Bank of America recently announced a halt to foreclosures in all fifty states, including non-judicial states like Arizona where the foreclosure process happens on the courthouse steps. The lack of court oversight when a bank takes back a house on a non-performing does not mean that the same mistakes that are happening due to poor practices by banks in court-supervised foreclosures are not happening in the fast-paced Trustee Sale process.
