Farah Angsana Couture presented its Fall 2009 collection in Bryant Park, New York City on Feb 16, 2009. Entitled "Kiss of a Dragon", the collection featured stunning evening gowns, gorgeous cocktail dresses, and beautiful cape-dress combinations.

Okay, I'm a sucker for videos with great music, great images, great editing, and great narrative. This was just great!

This is a great little slice of life. Love the way the music and the images work together. The HD is very evident.

I like the use of video to showcase this designer's products and style. These little vignettes certainly want to make you find out more about them. Gilt Groupe has some great marketing ideas to promote not-so-well-known designers. In any case, it's all about sales and Gilt Groupe has some great sales!

This is a collection Farah Angsana Couture should really reprise - the Asian-inspired goddess gowns in hot pinks, lime, and Shanghai reds are my favorites.

This was the show I missed - it was amazing by all accounts -the clothes, the gorgeous tango at the start of the show, ths music... wow!

Many pieces were quite sculptural, while others were quite flowy in the traditional evening gown style. I didn't get the earlier pieces, but the later pieces were quite strong. I like the use of the printed fabric. The polka dots and stripes were refreshingly simple.

Luca Orlandi is a master craftsman. His clothes are so wearable, sexy, and simple - and women look stunning in them.

Stylista - now this is a reality show that fuels the fantasies of all budding fashion editors, fashion assistants, and style magazine wannabes. Should be really, really fun!

So the Glaminator is busy transforming the latest class of models to enter Tyra's Top Model Insititute.

Is the Glaminator doing a good job? Judging by this very glamorous Isis Tsunami, I'd say yes.

This was the final exit of the show. I loved the vibrant colors and the excellent cut of the long gowns. The embellishment and embroidery is just exquisite.
