Rumors have been circulating the web all day but now we have more details. Famous Atlanta producer/rapper Shawty Redd who produced tracks for artists such as Young Jeezy, Snoop Dogg & T.I. has been arrested at his home for murder. Earlier today an altercation at his Atlanta area home broke out where an "unidentified" man ended up dead. As of right now details are very sketchy & limited but here is what we know as of now. According to initial reports: In the early morning of New Years day while Demetrius Stewart professionally known as Shawty red was at his home with another individuals who was not an intruder. However, an argument ensued in which this individual threaten violence against Shawty Redd. [Gyant Unplugged]Other sources then go on to say: As a result an individual was shot and killed. Immediately, thereafter Shawty Redd went to the Henry County police Department and surrender himself. At approximately, 5:30 crime seen units were seen leaving Shawty Redd house in Henry County. Shawty Redd is schedule for an arraignment at 8:30 AM at Henry County Jail located at 120 Henry Parkway McDonough Georgia 30253 At this point no bond has been issued.
