'Art of the Title' is the name of a school project I just finished. I used a dialogue between James Gandolfini and Susan Sarandon in the brilliant movie Romance and Cigarettes. I hope you'll enjoy!

Made with Blender, Final Cut and Photoshop.

The name of the project comes from the website artofthetitle.com which display lots of movie title sequences. Some make use of a technique called kinetic typography; animated words and letters. Check out that website, it contains some brilliant title sequences!

Spaces is an interactive multi-touch musical application. Designed as a minimalist interface to free musicians from traditional compositional markers such as frets and keys, the environment enables musicians to compose intuitively through immediate visual and sonic feedback.

In this video, Spaces mediates a spontaneous composition and performance of a slow-moving ambient soundscape.

Spaces was developed by Jordan Hochenbaum, Owen Vallis, Dimitri Diakopoulos, and Jim Murphy for the Brick Table.

Short teaser demonstrating Roots, a new musical/visual interactive installation for the Brick Table tangible and multi touch interface.

The development of Roots was made possible through a collaboration between Brick Tables creators (Jordan Hochenbaum and Owen Vallis), and London based interactive designer / develop Memo Akten.

This is the first of a couple of commercial projects I've been working which has employed my 'zeno' animation system programmed in Processing.

This is the Waltz from Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake suite, rendered through my music visualiser. This is an entirely generative/audio reactive animation, i.e. no keyframing or manual input or editing. Programmed using the Processing language.
