Revenge of the nerds. I've heard some of the best DJ sets in recent times played and partied by a group of kids that would have once been bullied and thrown in the bushes after school everyday. While some of the music is original to there generation, generally in the form of a remix to a classic, a lot of the sound is just a straight revival and appreciation of The 80's acid house sound.. "Life is better with Company".. good flick! On THIS tuesday's movie adventure, we attempted to check Sherlock Holmes, but it was SOLD OUT!. So, we bought tix to NINE thinking oh we'll just slide into Holmes anyway. No such luck, ticket guy at the entrance to the theater. Off to NINE we go, walked out after the first 10 minutes realizing this was not going to be worth the hours of our life, and headed next door to see "up in the air".. Perfect!
