I believe there is a filter in heaven. My in-tune yet unpleasant sounding singing voice must sound beautiful in heaven. I just wish that it sounded sweet here I wish I could worship with a sound like this.

We live in a bubble–in a sweet, safe, comfortable place. Shame on us for taking it for granted. I wish everyone could see what I saw when I traveled to Vietnam and Africa. You never really know until you have to face the truth.

This little girl is Lucy. One of our tenants found her stuck in a tree when she was about three weeks old. She’s been here since, making her way into our hearts.

Jonah likes to say his ABCs and he is now counting to 10. He can start anywhere between 1 and 10 and pick up and go to 10. Its kinda hard to tell what he’s saying in the videos. Sometimes he speaks clearly, most times not. He speaks very clearly when he sings. We listen to the radio all day and he knows songs and is able to sing with them. I love it!!
Jonah is still working on his potty skills. He doesn’t tell me he has to go but I put him on often enough that he has a dry diaper most of the day, excluding his nap.

The Lord knew exactly what he was doing when He brought Matt and me together. Matt has lifted, pushed, encouraged, and loved me. With our common bond of faith, we work through the bumps in the road and are building a wonderful life together. I’m so thankful for him.
