A2A Simulations and the “Angel of Deliverance.”
Scott Gentile from A2A Simulations has been in touch to announce that they are developing an official training package for the Berlin Airlift Historical Foundation and their Boeing C97 freighter aircraft, ‘Angel of Deliverance‘. Pacific Islands Simulation - für “echte” Buschflieger
Wer der Meinung ist, echte Buschpiloten gäbe es nur in Alaska, hat sich gewaltig geirrt. In Neu-Guinea fliegen die echten Helden, die von den höchsten Gipfeln mit teils unglaublich kurzen Runways in die grüne Hölle des Bergfußlandes fliegen. Kleine Lichtungen im Regenwald dienen dabei als Landebahn. Pacific Islands Simulation haben es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, nun auch diese Gegend für den FSX zu erschließen. Das erste Projekt, eine Szenerie für Papua-Neuguinea, ist nahezu fertig gestellt. Zur Einstimmung empfehle ich dieses Youtube-Video:

Neu von Wilco: Tilt Rotor für FS9 und FSX
Starten wie ein Helikopter, fliegen wie ein Flugzeug – das ist das Motto von Wilcos neuestem Produkt, dem Tilt Rotor. Es handelt sich hierbei um die Simulation des Bell Agusta 609, entwickelt von der Bell Agusta Aerospace Company, einem Joint Venture von Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. und Agusta Westland. Erste Prototypen fliegen bereits, die Musterzulassung ist für 2010 im Visier. Insgesamt 7 verschiedene Modelle und 10 Lackierungen wurden umgesetzt. Sowohl zivile als auch militärische Varianten sind dabei, ebenso speziell auf Luftrettung ausgelegte Varianten mit jeweils angepassten Innenausstattungen und Piloten. Das Paket enthält darüber hinaus einige Missionen für den FSX, die speziell auf diesen Flugzeugtyp abgestimmt wurden. Für €36,95 kann das Produkt für FS9 und FSX als Download-Version gekauft werden, eine Box ist in Vorbereitung.
