As much as I hate to say it, I agree with what Ortel is saying here... we are about to get hit with another shock to the system by commercial real estate, and then after that our governments will begin to sputter and might fail. All of this while living becomes more expensive and markets diverge. At least it is Friday...

I think this guy is dead on right... We have too much capacity in consumerism and that needs to be corrected. Still just too much debt is burdening the consumer... The hangover from the 90's and 00's continues.
