I’m not so sure it was a smart move on Jim Gilmore’s part to try to attack Mark Warner on TV. Of course the paltry ad buy - not by Gilmore but by the RPV, as Gilmore doesn’t have any money - probably won’t be seen by many, but it prompted this response from Mark Warner.
