In 2008, singer and composer Luca (ex front-man of Italian Rock Band Zeropositivo) started producing the new demos for his first international album, inspired by his passion for music & cinema. Soon, the idea of accompanying each song with a video or mini-short movie came to life, giving birth to the music4afilm project. Luca got in touch with RnO, keyboard player and producer from Holland. The team harmony grew quickly as new musicians joined the project and “theFILMAKERS” were born. Few weeks later, the band entered GravelandStudio near Amsterdam and recorded “ChemicalLoveCrush”. 15 songs and 15 stories inspire different suggestions, ranging from the most “classical” pop-rock ballades to alternative rock and modern electronic visions, keeping all the time in close touch with the shape and immediacy conveyed by traditional song making.
