Short art film on perception
[8min] Starts slow, but gets good. A Mesmerizing display of color and sound, a completly abstract composition.

Perception is another one of those spontaneous out of the deep purple projects i just felt the need to do.

Perception is a spectacular melding of abstract art and great music. Because i forgot to mention the name of the artist in the credits, I'll do that now. The song you here in the backgrounf is called "Get Uptight Man" by an Indie Dub group called "Uptight Productions". I found the track on a
freedom of perception
[7min] The video deals with the brainwashing element of mass-media and is based on a quote of Paul Virilio: �When you are talking about freedom of speech, you also have to talk about freedom of perception.�

The visual element is a stylisation of the tv-screen itself, which is composed by small dots. The dots display single letters, they form a hidden and deliberately false message which itself becomes kind of a brainwash.
