By-standers were surprised and amused when over one hundred performers suddenly broke cover to stage the worlds first Flash Céilidh outside The Central Bank in Dublin yesterday evening. The show, titled JIG was organised as part of The St. Patricks Festival.

This is a promo for a theatre show called Drive-By. Written by Tom Swift. Directed by Jo Mangan. The show was produced by Irish theatre company The Performance Corporation. It's essentially a drive-in theatre experience. The audience tune in their car radios and watch the play from their vehicles. The play is about speed, death and boy racers (young guys obsessed with fast cars).

This bi-lingual (English/Irish) play was staged in a dramatic natural amphitheatre in the sand dunes of Belmullet, Co. Mayo.
