when i was in korea i was introduced to KPOP.. kinda sorta like JPOP but korean, obviously. duuh.

one thing about koreans that go overlooked is their attention to detail.
talk about attentive. they will shine every centimeter of the floor until it you can see yourself in it.
the weird part about that?
they ENJOY it.
koreans live to be the best. (in my opinion of course) it's almost as if koreans enjoy uniform and conformity to an extent.
they learn fast, they learn a lot and they learn to be multitasking in the work force.



buuuut i'm not talking about Koreans.
i mean i am, but not really.. i'm talking about
a popular KPOP group called:




WONDERGIRLS.
i'm smitten by their outfits, hair, makeup, choreography and voices.
these girls are from 21-17, believe it or not. makes me jealous.
and they are style icons for many girls across asia, only now getting some attention from the U.S. with talk of the Jonas Brothers touring with Wondergirls starting this year. ^__^
love love them... so i shall share their vid.

i am a HUGE fan of false eyelashes... i think there is something about a set of false eyelashes that draw me in. if it's on me, or a friend or in a photo.. it's something i notice first.

being a vampire and mainly having a nightlife false eyelashes are quite common.. they're more acceptable and in my opinion, makes you stand out a little bit more. i LOVE them. so like any other makeup product i review them and go out to buy them all and see which ones i like the best. so far, MAC never fails, however Bes'Kine false eyelashes and Ardel.



having a recent discussion with another friend of mine who shares the same love of 'falsies' we agreed the differences between any false lash company is how well it's made and how thin the connecting strip can get.

Bes'Kine which is a company in Hawaii pumps out lashes that aren't too extreme, yet have a great payoff with a thin strip that the individual lashes connect on. you can buy Bes'Kine at any Longs or Drugstore near you. (White&Black box packaging)

Ardel is widelyknown for being a strict Drugstore brand. i find that i like their lashes becasue they're usually around 4$ and have a wide selection of lash forms. thick, thin, flare and doll-like. (Pink Fashion packaging)

which ever lash brand that fits you, please share-- i'm always on the search for new lashs.

On the more expensive side, i've found a lack of love however... MAC lashes are great yet bulky. MAC lashes seem to come up dry. paying $15 for a pair of lashes that are harsh on the eyes, dont feel like real hair and find a way of balling up instead of removing easily.. well, that KILLS me.

Makeup Forever pumps out lashes in more of a 'feather' and 'mystical' style.. their lashes are more for costumes or drama. I found their lashes don't bend properly thus making the edges pop out and ruining your incognito fuller lash look. And again, another $15 for a set of lashes.

I've tired SUGAR, Kat VonD, Hard Candy, Urban Decay and Cherry Blossom and always gravitate tow

booooobies.

if you don't have boobs, this wouldn't really be that great of a share for you. however, if you are like me... boobs, but not large enough to fill a dress-cup, not small enough to be wild and loose.. you wear a bra, typically under outfits that don't always mesh well with the type of bra-strap.  still following?

so i recently came across STRAP PERFECT. it's one of those inventions sold on infomercials that you don't really buy-into or believe... none the less, you'd never pick up your phone to order online- giving your credit card information away to some foreign dude half way across the world. SO- thank god for Don Quiote/Daie/'SEEN ON TV' stores.

a girlfriend of mine had told me briefly that she owned one... these little plastic ring clips that adjust your bra from a normal bra to a v-strap, crisscross type of style. GENIUS. i can still wear my favorite bra and get a LIFT with the plastic ring and hide my straps.  so cheap, so simple and so easy. i love this thing, especially since i am a huge wifebeater-boycut tee person and hate not looking sharp.
