Goldman Sachs sent an e-mail Tuesday to its clients in an attempt to clarify their "conflicts of interest" policy. The policy is: "Yes we have conflicts. So what?" The e-mail disclosed what many have suspected all along; that is, Goldman takes positions contrary to, and in direct conflict with, other positions they may advocate for their clients.
