4/20 was a blast this year. chris and joe drove up from l.a. and I showed them around IV/santa barbara. it was also the longest continuous time that i've been high and it was a pleasant experience despite a few misfortunes. to top it off, a band that i genuinely enjoy played the campus that night and it was an amazing (albeit exhausting) show. i had been to a few shows here in santa barbara but i anticipated this one the most by far and i was not let down. the video posted was filmed at the same show by a m

some people comprise a list of idols, role models, heroes, inspirations that they'd like to meet one day before they die. well, i don't have a list but if i did, this kid would be right up there.

the new album's still growing on me. however, this song is one of my favorites on the new one and their television debut was a memorable. i've said it before and i'll say it again: tim kasher is my heterosexual life partner. enjoi.
