mountain biking east bay - Google Video
Some of the more exciting parts of the trails for mountain biking out at Granite Bay on Folsom Lake in NorCal. The trail is out and back, so you may see things that look the same but going the other way. Andy and Jody, I really thought of you fighting the snow back east while I enjoyed the weather.
Junior Girls' MTB camp
We had 12 girls and 6 adult volunteers to coach and direct the weekend training camp for the NorCal High School Mountain Bike Racing League season kickoff. We also had a special guest, Marla Streb, who focused on cornering technique while the storm outside kept the girls inside. Hot chocolate and warmed up clif bars made the event really special.
