Since we have become a one party system, why bother voting. Politicians do what they want regardless of what the electorate says, if the politicians can't get an agenda in place, they will go judge shopping until they get their way. Special interests that gave the most money to a politician will get farther than voters who fell for hollow campaign speeches. The Democrats want to get rid of the Republicans anyway so the Dems should be happy that voting turnout is small, besides, the Democrats say that America is their country, it does not belong to anyone else....so, what is the problem ???.
