This is a nice ad by John McCain, although I noted, his speech writers are at a lost for words since they had to borrow one of Obama's lines. If I was not so aware of McCain's lobbyist ties and distorted ads I would easily have brought into this ad, which I'm sure many people who are not aware will.I wish McCain had spent more time on making ads like these instead of those distracting ones because I might have appreciated him better. But for me it's too late; after taking the time find out about his policies I've come to fully understand that he is 4 more years of the same. This message is just too little too late. more about "Enough Is Enough", posted with vodpodYou see the problem with McCain's statement is thatWhat's missing here, of course, is any discussion of McCain's record when it comes to regulation of Wall St -- with only a few exceptions, the only times he's favored new rules were when they were more lax than the old rules.

The McCain campaign has a new national cable campaign ad that ratchets up their duplicity, this time on financial regulations and the credit crisis:"I'll meet this financial crisis head on," McCain says. "Reform Wall Street. New rules for fairness and honesty. I won't tolerate a system that puts you and your family at risk."What's missing here, of course, is any discussion of McCain's record when it comes to regulation of Wall St -- with only a few exceptions, the only times he's favored new rules were when they were more lax than the old rules. It's also worth noting where McCain was during the last major banking panic, the Savings and Loan crisis of the 1980s: He was at the center of the Keating Five scandal, having given aid to a major banker who eventually went to prison for corporate malfeasance.
